Bouncing dart action.
With keels on both sides of the body, simply setting the hook creates a natural, leaping darting action similar to that of baitfish, making this a stick bait that easily switches on the predatory instincts of bass.
When used without a sinker, it creates the same leaping darting action as sweetfish and lotus fledging to the surface, occasionally leaping out of the water with force. Even when rigged at the bottom with a split shot or Carolina rig, if you create an action that makes it look like a bass has noticed you and is suddenly appearing from the bottom, leaping out of sight, you can see the full potential of the Sakamata Shad and easily lead to a bite.
BODY FORM
The smooth, flowing body line creates low water resistance, making it easy to create a darting action and widening the inertial slide width. It can also handle high-speed darting actions, so it can fool bass and induce reaction bites even in open water.
The salt content is 5% for 8 inch, 7 inch and 4 inch (top 0%), 10% for 6 inch, 5 inch and 4.5 inch, and 10% for 3, 2.5 and 2 inch. The material has increased tensile strength, which improves hook retention and reduces tearing and breakage of the worm.
The body is marked with a hook set assist that helps you set the hook straight without distortion.
*3 inch and under models have a solid body without deep grooves.
*Color may appear different depending on salt content.

Heavyweight Material
This heavyweight model features the highest possible salt content. It eliminates variations in weight tuning and facilitates Sakamata Shad action from the middle to bottom.
8 inch = 65% (41.0g), 7 inch = 70% (28.0g), 6 inch = 75% (17.0g), 5 inch = 75% (11.3g). The upper part of each model has 0% salt content, and the low center of gravity ensures a stable balance and induces bites with a stable action.
*Due to the high salt content, it is cloudier than the normal material.
*The 7-inch model also contains glass sand, a high-density material.
KEEL
The keel, which is essential for the Sakamata Shad's unique jumping darting action, deflects the water flow downward when it receives water, causing it to jump upward. The keel also acts as a rudder to keep the darting action steady.

TAIL
The forked tail sways to follow the action of the lure, such as darting, and moves realistically like the tail fin of a baitfish.
MATCHED RIG

ACTION
Setting the hook with the body slightly bent increases the keel effect, and the violent irregular dart that jumps up more agilely is one method for catching fish.
